- Unauthorized transactions
3. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

4. Voting Transactions
Standard Policy
Votes are generally non-refundable because:

- SMS notifications are sent instantly
- Platform and payment processing fees are incurred
Exceptions
We may consider refunds for votes if:
- Payment succeeded but vote was not recorded

5. Donations
Donations are typically non-refundable as they are:

- Immediately processed and transferred to campaign creators

6. Event Tickets
Cancellation Policy
Ticket refunds depend on:

Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled or postponed:
